Diet Girl is losing the fight. It’s bad. I don’t know if it’s stressed and lack of time, or the fact that I am actually really comfortable in my body shape at the moment, but I am not even trying to diet. There is a bowl of candy I keep snacking from, I have stopped ordering the skinny drinks at Starbucks, and I bought pizza rolls for lunch. Pizza rolls! That is practically the worst food you can eat!
The good news is that I am still eating healthy a lot of the time too. I am having small bowls of cereal, eating lots of fruits and veggies, and I am kind of exercising. Kind of. I walk sometimes.
The worst part about this isn’t that the scale and the fit of my pants are reflecting this, but the way my body feels. I am sluggish and sick.
