I’m on day 4 of the exercise plan I randomly found on my Facebook feed. Technically I should be on day 6, but I forgot. The nice thing is, now that I am up to a 20 second plank, that 10 second plank doesn’t feel so bad. Where I once wavered at 8 seconds, I now waver at 18. Today I almost gave up at 15, but kept right on going to the bittersweet end. I am going to build to that 90 second plank, and it will be sweet.
The rest of the exercise are fine as well, I am keeping up not only on the leg lifts, but also the doubling of the crunches. If this could tone my core a little bit more, I would be a happy girl.
