I have been negative lately. I think we all have. Elections tend to do that, don’t they? My negativity has been going beyond the election though, and creeping into other areas of my life. Today, my week long challenge is to be more positive. No negative thinking about my body, my diet, elements in my life. Instead I will focus on the things that are good and the things I can do better. I challenge you to do the same!
