A Week of Gratitude

Last week I told you about how I was challenging myself to be positive for the week. For the most part it has been a pretty successful challenge.  I try daily to be positive anyway, but with the aftermath of the election it has been hard.  Between riots and fake news it all seems to daunting.  So I did a few things to combat this. First, I stopped reading Facebook.  I took it off my phone, and when I do check, which is only about once a day, I make sure to only read posts from friends that I know are trying just as hard as I am. Second, I used gratitude prompts to really take time to think about what it is that I am grateful for in this life. Join me in the 7 days of gratitude below:
