Stretches and Squats

Hello my friends!  So I am still recovering from Thanksgiving.  I have now banned leftovers, although I am still picking at the sweets.  Now it’s time to go from lazy holiday behavior to gym behavior.  I figure I only have a month left to fulfill my side goal of NOT being a newbie at the gym come Jan. 1. I will be a regular!

My challenge this week is to get my foot back in shape with my plantar fasciitis stretches and adding some leg work.  am going to do these daily, and also do the elliptical twice in the week.

Legs:

12 deadlifts, 4 reps

12 squats, 4 reps

10 lunges, 4 reps

10 sumo squats, 4 reps

What are you doing to shake off the Thanksgiving sludge?
